Aguaharistas (Giver, Practicioneers, Teachers)

Ramos Strzygowski giving a Session to SergioAguahara is a method of aquatic bodywork – used all over the planet.
Here you can find a (daily expanded) list of the Aguaharistas, i.e. the educated practicioneers and the teachers.

Aguahara can be done in a thermal pool, in a lake, the sea or a river. Each of this waters has its own qualities and benefits. Talk to a Aguaharista about where to receive a session: perhaps he/she can offer some new ideas where to meet in your area.
In any case you should take your time after the session: to enjoy the after-effects of the session, to come back gentely after this journey.
Please note not to eat a heavy meal before the session.

A note to the following list:

Students: All of the aquatics in Aguahara are students, but in this context we refer to the people that are in the study of this aquatic work. They took already one, two or three levels of education and are in their time of personal practise of at least 100 sessions, to find their own flow and style.

Practitioner: The Aguahara Practitioners finished their basic apprenticeship of the three levels and have more than 100 sessions of experience.

Teachers: All Aguahara teachers are also students and practitioners, because we never want to reach a final point, we want to keep learning, exploring, investigating. The curiosity about this infinity of possibilities in the aquatic realms is something what can be found in all the teachers, and each one brings his/her own influences into the world of Aguahara. We created so far three levels of teachers, from Basics to Free Flow, and then there is also the special focus each teacher can offer.
